The Opportunity

EcomNorth was founded to bring together direct-to-consumer brand founders, operators, and leaders — providing the events, connections, and insights needed to scale. The community had momentum and a clear mission. What it needed was a membership and programme layer that could turn event attendees into an engaged, recurring community.

What I Built

I came in as co-founder and built the membership and programme architecture — the systems that transform a one-time event experience into ongoing value. This included the programme structure, engagement frameworks, and the infrastructure that supports a growing global community.

The Result

EcomNorth is now one of the world's leading DTC eCommerce communities, with events running across Toronto, Singapore, Los Angeles, and Australia. Thousands of eCommerce founders and operators engage with the community, and the membership layer continues to drive retention and long-term value beyond events.
